Love For Maths

Mathematics may be a dreaded subject for many but at LK SINGHANIA EDUCATION CENTRE we not only enjoy Maths, but love it!

That’s because if learning is made fun, it can be both interesting and enjoyable. There’s no question of fear when such brilliant workshops are held in school that nurtures the capabilities and understand of students.

A MATHEMATICS MODEL MAKING WORKSHOP for Class V was conducted today at Lk Singhania Eduaction Centre, Gotan.

The resource person Dr Satyanarayan Sarma from Vijayawada guided the workshop. He is an epitome of knowledge and wisdom with a huge flair for Mathematics model making and is always enthusiastic to work, guide and train the kids for mathematics model making.

20 Children of Class V, participated in the workshop from 11:30 AM – 2 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM and working in a pairs. 10 teams prepared 10 models on the following models :

2. Numbers : Activities – prepared by Arundhati Singh & Diya Pandey

3. Number Games – prepared by Rudra Pratap & Hariom

4. Dominoes – prepared by Aadhyaan Gupta & Jaiveer

5. Pentominoes – prepared by Pooja Rathore & Tiya Jain

6. Square Cut puzzle – prepared by Satvik Arora & Kiratidev Basumati

7. Square Tangram – prepared by Aarav Agarwal & Aarush Mishra

8.Napier Rods – Kartikey Rathore & Jayesh Dutta

9. 3 x 3 Magic Square – prepared by Tejas Jain & Abhinav Raj

10. Number Operations – prepared by Daniel Pawel & Yakshit Poonia
